Shipping Policy

D'Scent Essentials only ships to USA and Canada addresses.  We ship the majority of all products within 3-5 business days, once payment has been received. Wigs and hair extensions are shipped within 5-7 business days.  Shipping prices are based upon the USPS and your address.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday through Friday will be shipped out that day.  Orders Placed after 1:00 pm will be shipped the following business day (Monday-Friday).  

Please verify your address before submitting your order.  Once an order has been marked shipped the address cannot be changed.  

Any items that are out of stock when an order is placed, the customer will be notified and will be given the option to substitute the item for another item of equal or lesser value or can have the out of stock item shipped once it is back in stock.
